Jeff Burroughs is a Client Success Manager at Relevant CRM. He helps customers with new feature customizations, training, increasing user adoption and troubleshooting support issues. The combination of his excellent interpersonal communication skills and technical knowledge is a valuable asset to Relevant CRM’s customers.

Before joining Relevant CRM, Jeff worked with Dynamics CRM as a quality analyst, business analyst and account manager at several different organizations. He also spent eight years as a developer at Motorola.

Jeff is a Microsoft Certified Professional with expertise in training, configuration and customization. He attended Purdue University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys recreational sports, fantasy football and spending time with his wife, friends and dog. He is also a craft beer enthusiast.
