5-6 years required experience in:

  • Client interface and communication in a consulting capacity
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering
  • Customer support and issue resolution

Essential job duties

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our service offerings, technical abilities and delivery processes
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively bridge communication between customers and technical staff
    • Act as primary point of contact for client, engaging them with regular calls and emails
    • Develop and deepen relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities
    • Acts as Business Analyst to develop and document business requirements
    • Interfaces with Solution Architect as needed
    • Develops quote, proposal and/or statement of work
    • Provides demonstrations of key product solutions for his/her customers
    • Present solutions and quotes to the customer
    • Follows up on new opportunities through close
    • Provide online and onsite training for system administrators, managers and end users
    • Perform customization work including configuration of fields, relationships, advanced finds, dashboards, business process, business rules, workflow
  • Manage agreement renewals, monitor agreement utilization with quarterly reviews, document value provided
  • Responsible for high level of customer satisfaction and value
