Dylan Reynolds is Relevant CRM’s client service leader. His excellent communication skills combined with his technical expertise help him form strong and successful client relationships. Dylan strives to solve problems with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Before joining Relevant CRM, Dylan worked as project lead at a large credit card processing company where he helped implement and customize MSCRM for over 400 users. He has expertise in Javascript, SRS reports, workflow design and business analysis.

Prior to working with CRM, Dylan was a project manager for a commercial and residential construction company. He also served active duty in Iraq as a frontline combat medic for the Navy. He has a Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix.

Dylan enjoys an active lifestyle with his family and friends. He loves playing sports, hiking, rock climbing and camping.
