Shawn King is a Client Success Manager at Relevant CRM. As a Client Success Manager he assists our customers with troubleshooting support issues, training needs and customization requests. Shawn’s experience with multiple CRM systems, combined with his customer service skills benefit Relevant CRM’s clients.

Shawn’s previous experience includes being a Client Success Manager and Operations Manager for a CRM company and customer service experience in both the food services and mathematics education industries. He graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.

In his free time Shawn likes to spend time with his daughter. He also enjoys taking his two greyhounds to the dog park, collecting vinyl records and volunteering at a local greyhound adoption organization.
