Harry Shaugnessy helps customers to move their businesses forward. He has a unique perspective when looking at problems, which consistently leads to creative and cost-effective solutions.
Harry started a professional services company in 1993, and it eventually became Relevant CRM. Harry’s continued focus on building repeatable, consistent results through process and automation has been a key element to Relevant CRM’s success.
Harry has more than 15 years experience with contact management, sales force automation, CRM and other related projects. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has expert knowledge of SQL, MSCRM and GoldMine.
When Harry isn’t cycling or spending time on the beach, he enjoys tech gadgets and sharing his unique sense of humor.
