In his role as a Consultant on our Client Services team, Jeff Burroughs helps customers with new feature customizations, training, increasing user adoption and troubleshooting support issues. The combination of excellent interpersonal communication skills and technical knowledge is a valuable asset to Relevant CRM’s customers.

Before joining Relevant CRM, Jeff worked with MSCRM as a quality analyst, business analyst and account manager at several different organizations. He also spent 8 years as a developer at Motorola.

Jeff is a Microsoft Certified Professional with expertise in training, configuration and customization. He attended school stuff here

In his free time, Jeff enjoys recreations sports, fantasy football and spending time with his wife, friends and dog. He is also a craft beer enthusiast.
