Marcus MitchellSystem Analyst

As a System Analyst, Marcus Mitchell is tasked with triaging all incoming support cases at Relevant CRM. He solves many support issues and escalates some support to the correct resources on the team. His favorite part of his job is learning about the new and upcoming technology in the CRM industry.

Marcus’ previous experience includes development work on back end development for transferring information from one database to another, just like our connectors. He also has several years’ experience in the human resources and customer service industries which he combines with his technological expertise to provide our customers with the high quality of customer service they have come to expect from Relevant.

In his free time, Marcus enjoys all variety of games including board, video and card games; reading; listening to historical podcasts; and watching basketball (Go Tar Heels!).
